We will always try to provide an estimate within 24 hours or the next business day if we can. To do this we require a description and pictures of the damage which you can send by email, text or Whatsapp. In some circumstances, we may need to arrange to come out and see the vehicle if it is not drivable or you can arrange to bring it to us. Please get in touch before sending any pictures.
This will depend entirely on the size and complexity of the job. We will happily give you an idea at the quotation stage. Our aim is to always turn around jobs as quickly and professionally as possible.
